Download:
There are two ways you can download mMail to your Java enabled device.
- Over-the-Air - directly to your device
Installation could be started by opening the mMail wml home page in the phone WAP browser:
http://www.mmail.pl/index.wml
or by opening the jad file url in the WAP browser. Your phone will then download and install the application.
- Download to your PC and then transfer to your device via dedicated cable or infra-red.
First you have to download midlet files: the application (jar-file) and the application descriptor (jad-file) to your PC.
Then you have to use your device connectivity software to put and install the mMail files onto your phone - for details please see your device manual.
Versions:
mMail3 (3.0.8)
More details here: new mMail3 - available for evaluation
mMail 2.2.4
jad file: http://www.mmail.pl/archive/2.2.4/mmail.jad
jar file: http://www.mmail.pl/archive/2.2.4/mmail.jar
- Adapted to BlackBerry devices
- Improved reliability and ease of use
- "Delete all" and "Select" options added in emails folders
Attention!
The option "Delete all" deletes locally all emails from the current
folder. E.g. if you delete emails from "inbox" folder, nothing is
changed or deleted on your server (it is in the same way like deleting
a single message). If the folder contains many emails, it can take a
lot of time.
